b. Educational use only. Every piece of work we deliver, whether described on this Website or in our messages as an "assignment", "sample", "model answer", "draft" or "solution", is a reference and learning aid prepared for the person who ordered it. It is not intended for submission, in whole or in part, as that person's own work to any university, college, school, employer, examining body or other institution, and we do not authorise such submission.

c. Your responsibility. By placing an order you confirm that you will use the work only as a reference, for study, comparison, feedback and understanding, and in accordance with the academic integrity rules of your institution. Submitting our work as your own is outside the purpose for which it is supplied, is a breach of these terms, and is done entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility. b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this Website without prior written consent from AssignmentHelper.org.

6. Payment and Pricing

a. Prices for our services are provided on the Website and may change without notice.

b. Payment for services must be made through the accepted payment methods as listed on the Website.

7. Refunds, Cancellations and Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee

a. 100% money back if we miss your deadline. When you place an order, we agree a deadline with you in writing, on WhatsApp or by email. If we do not deliver the work by that deadline, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount you paid for that order. Ask for it on WhatsApp or by email.

b. A changed deadline. If the brief changes after the order is placed, or material you agreed to send reaches us later than agreed, we agree a new deadline with you in writing, and the guarantee applies to the new deadline.

c. If we cannot take your order. If, after you have paid, we cannot assign an expert for your brief, we refund the full amount.

d. Work delivered on time. Work delivered by the agreed deadline is not refunded because you are not satisfied with it. Where it misses the brief you sent, we revise it free of charge and tell you what changed. Changes that go beyond the original brief are quoted as new work.

e. Other requests. Any other refund or cancellation request is considered case by case, and the decision is AssignmentHelper.org's.

f. How refunds are paid. Refunds are paid through the method you paid with, or another method we agree with you.

8. User Conduct

a. Users must not engage in any activity that violates these T&C or applicable laws.

b. Users must not submit or use any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

c. Bad user behavior like verbal abuse, threatening, etc to the staff, customer representative, or the assignment writer in any way will only lead to termination of the service. In such cases, Assignment Helper would not be providing any sort of refund/compensation.

9. Termination

AssignmentHelper.org reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the Website for violations of these T&C or for any reason without prior notice.

10. Disclaimers

a. AssignmentHelper.org makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this Website.

b. AssignmentHelper.org is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this Website or its services, including any loss, penalty or disciplinary outcome arising from use of delivered work contrary to section 3(b) and 3(c).

11. Limitation of Liability

AssignmentHelper.org's liability for any claims arising from the use of this Website or its services is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
