What to Send in Your First Message
Send what your module gave you: the fuller the brief, the more exact the quote. You will not have all of these for every task, so skip what does not apply. For editing or proofreading, the draft itself is the brief.

When You Pay and Who You Talk To
You pay only once you have the quote and agree to it. The payment details come with the quote, and when the payment arrives an order ID is created and your expert starts work. Once the order is placed you speak directly to the expert doing the work, not an account manager, and can ask questions as the work goes.
When the work arrives, read it against your brief. If anything misses it, tell us and we put it right free of charge, with a note on what changed; requests that go beyond the brief are quoted as new work. Our answers to cost and payment questions are on the FAQ page.
